Highly dissatisfied customer
I fitted tyres at Minthys Midrand and went oversea, when I return after 3 weeks the front tyres were finished from outside. I was surprised because the car is used by my wife to drop kids at school and tyres can’t be finished in less than a month. I phoned Minthys and there was no one to reply as I live very far from this shop. I went to the nearest tyre fitment centre to get the vehicle checked and they found that the car was not on proper alignment hence it finished tyres from outside. I had to swap those tyres and got alignment done. When I had tyme I went to Minthys Midrand to explain what happened and the feedback I got is that when I felt like the alignment was not welldone I should have cameback after 3 days. Now I have to buy again tyres because of the poor work done by this fitment centre

I was assisted by a lady called Abigail. She gave me the best service from the admin site. The guy Thembinkosi also provided the registration and his service is also exellent
