Issue with SBK Gym – Misleading Information and Cancellation Fee
When I signed the membership agreement, the salesperson who assisted me explicitly stated that if I gave 30 days’ notice to cancel, I would not be liable for the cancellation fee. I was informed that the cancellation fee only applies if no notice is given. I have provided the required notice, yet I am now being told that I must pay the cancellation fee. It appears that sales staff are misrepresenting information to secure sign-ups for commission, which is misleading and unacceptable.0 replies
