I've got an investment with Stanlib, with my past and present experiences with them, they've shown me that they do not value my life over money. They are refusing to realese my 2026 payments as request to pay for my medication. I am very disappointed in them. I need this money urgently from my pension money that I worked for till retirement. This saddnes me despite having spelt out my predicament. I can never recommend them to anybody.
The treatment I received from The Service Manager and the Subaru Manager concerning my complaint was far below standard and unprofessional because the Service Manager was yelling at me telling me that I lie repeatedly. I felt undermine, disrespected and disappointed. They told me about their fights with Volvo that does not concern me after they never told me that they are no longer Volvo and were discrediting Volvo. I love my Volvo and continue placing my trust in volvo. The Service Manager insisted that today Monday the 12th I should bring a battery for the car for them to able to work on the car and to me that is very surprising for the workshop not to have spare batteries.
Unsatisfactory attendance to my complaint and unbecoming behaviour by the service manager with my complaint telling me even if I can go to Laywers I will never win yet we wanted them to fix the car that got damaged after their technitian gave me inaccurate advice.They told us of their fights with volvo and that they never manufactured volvos. When I said i was not happy she crushed the discount paper and indicated that she was retracting her discount. She was very emotional instead of resolving the complaint calmly. I am very unhappy, disappointed and appalled. I want them to fix my car.
I Mcebisi Ncalu have an investment with STANLIB in the form of a retirement annuity to manage my finances. However, instead of this company managing my finances I find myself having no access to my hard-earned money at all. I retired in 2021 and gave an instruction to receive my dividends annually(25 November). All was well for years 2022 and 2023 but in the latter part of this year, I considered after receiving my 2024 annual dividends that I would give an instruction to switch from annually to monthly for the year 2025. I discussed the switching from annually to monthly for 2025 with a STANLIB consultant who then facilitated this process for me telephonically. Forms were emailed and completed on 11 November 2024 to be effective year 2025. The annual dividends expected on 25 November 2024 were not received but instead, I received a monthly dividend payment which was set up for the year 2025. This inconvenience has resulted in many financial setbacks and caused the dishonouring of multiple obligations. I am appalled by this level of service and wish for my instructions to be carried out accordingly.
