Nicci's boutique refund Policy
Absolutely bad service on the return of an item bought online. They take forever to refund you. When I did an online search on how to do a return it stated you can take your unwanted item back to any of their shops or send it back within 5 days. I went the following day to the shop In George which told me they are unable to return my money but they are willing to exchange. I spoke to Marlee at Head Office which confirms that I took the item back to the shop they will give ma a credit but I want a refund, So she told me that as soon as they give me a store credit they will send it to her in Johannesburg and she will do the refund. The money must be refunded to my Payjust now acccount and I waiting now since Monday afternoon for the refund, It is not acceptable as I bought from several companies online and the moment they received the item my payjustnow account is refunded immediately. I want to warn people against Nicci's boutique when they do online buying.
