Bought a Battery (Probe Explorer SMF M31 PMF 110 Ah 800CCA Dual) at R3000.00 on 9 July 2025. Battery is dead. Contact them on their website to request replacement. Registered the problem and gave them contact details. They simply don't work back. Their customer service is as dead as their battery.
I've been a subscriber to Morclick since 2021. The speed of service is not what I expected, but their customer service cannot really be rated, since it doesn't exist, but in name. They can't be contacted by email and the WhatsApp number for service is stuttering all the time the same message: click on the link above etc... And when you click on the link to chat, you are directed to Quadlayers that asks how they could improve your sales...
