Unfair treatment
I filled for income tax, it was approved and i was charged. then somehow the system flagged that I hadn't submitted. I submitted again then got charged twice. I filed for a refund. I got notification a month later that my refund is due to me, but I need to pay penalties first before it can be credited to me. I did. A month later still no refund. I call to enquire their bot cant verify me and kicks me out. I fail to get through a consultant. so I post a query on their website. I finally call again, press options for other services, get a consultant. only to be told that because I sent a query on their website I need to wait another 21 days

Doesn't respect Financial Laws of SA. I got debited twice when under debt review. I still got debited even after they had finalized arrangements with company doing my debt review

double debits
I would leave 0 stars. I paid my instalments but still got debited for loans. I have been waiting for refund since October. I sent all required documents. I call an email, no resolution. wasted time and airtime

Will take every opportunity to charge you
Horrible service. I am paying R2600 for internet I am not using. They charge a cancelation fee of R1000. I Sent cancelation on 6 December after moving out. I have to pay for December and January because you need a full Calander month to cancel
