Steer Waverley drive thru C/o codonia and Cunningham Pretoria waverley Service very very bad actually there is not a word that justify bad enough for their service Upon opening we waited more than an hour for 4 burgers and chips only Second time I ordered online payment went through An hour later tried phoning them 0121117860 No answer several times Eventually drive to shop myself. Upon arrival I was notified that they didnt even start with my order yet. I asked for refund and still it was a joke to them. Eventually went to the steers in stormvoel by total garage same order 5 min later I was out and happy. So as far as I can say no one needs to visit the branch in Waverley drive thru because you waisting your time
Claim department very bad service This is the second time I the client have to phone them to get answers on a claim. They sended me a form to complete and ask that I must send it back as I did they same day weekend passed and 4 working days I decided to phone and get result just to hear from Mark that payment has not been prossed now I must wait 3 days again Very very bad

They are overcharging on contract and when phoning in they are either not responsive or can assist or the deparment not opened yet, you get music playing in your ears for 1h30min then get cut off. You send emails that arent getting back to when you qsk for an manager or supervisor there is no one around and the turn around time is 2-24 hrs. Still nothing for 4 months already. Every month I have to phone them just to get response on my queries. This is pathetic and unettict of mtn they are just happy for their deductions but cant even support their cusomers and sort the problem out
phoned KFC Ellofsdal to find out about their kfc salad availibility and I was told that there is stock just to arrive there 5 min later and find out that they cant help with my salad orders I feel that bad business as its not the first time and their wrap machine is broken and they cant help with wraps but at the the steve biko branch everything is availible always
Bad service most of the time out of stock or toasters not working went there again today and same story toaster not working sorry no twisters and aswell no coke after I requested bottles they could suddenly get coke from machine but you could taste its mixed with water or something .......bad service indeed
<p>Bought food at kfc les marais tonight . It was horrible chips was cold and a lot of them had black marks on it had to throw it in the dustbin plus no spice or servant where given with take away meal and cant understand that food were cold as we had to wait a while for our food. Very bad service if you go to mcdonald down the road you know for sure that your food is good and warm</p>
Bought a dstv exlora decoder at makro wonderboom after one of blinginstallations sales reperenstives told me how good the decoder is and all the futures ill get as dstv catch up and plus ect. But he told me ill have to do a new installation as signal is different and it will be the next day.<br> <br> After i left and phoned the call centre to book installation the consaltend told me that it will be the next day after an hour nothing when i phoned in again I was informed only the nex day. <br> <br> After it was eventaully installed i recieved a 80cm dish were i was promised by RIAAN AT MAKRO WONDERBOOM they install 85CM dish as for better signal i noticed that the catchup plus not active and after speaking with dstv i have to buy a internet box that was not told to me i ws phoned by management of bling installations but until now nothing has been resolved. <br> <br> This are very bad toward client going to report this at dstv aswell as they do false sales and iform client wrongly.
got the new dell xps always believed in dell as one of the best computers but until now the new operating system of windows 8 on it is a load of SHIT if you go onto internet there are more issues than anything else you must stuggle for about an hour before anything happens or its stops hanging or give you erros like not responding and for a new laptop i5 core this are very slow and incompotent.<br> I could of bought me an old hp or acer and will believed that the operating system would be much better than thid new dell xps <br> <br> how can one of the leading companies like DELL deliver somthing like this onto the market you must take a calming pill before starting up your new laptop otherwise youll burst of anger if you click on a tab or in a windows it opens 30 other sites
