bad quality and communication
i bought a pair of earings at american swiss pavillion,under warranty the earings was sent in for repair,they called to say it was repaired,the problem is now they said it was bent also,and we no longer need the earings and they dont want to credit it,also the staff member cut the call on me

BAD QUALITY
I BOUGHT A PAIR OF EARINGS AND THE CLIP WAS SO LOOSE THAT IT KEPT FALLING OF MY EAR,IT WAS TAKEN BACK TO AMERICAN SWISS PAVILLION AND WENT IN FOR REPAIR UNDER GUARANTEE,NOW THEY DONT WANT TO REPLACE THE EARING AS WE KNOW LONGER NEED THE FAULTY EARINGS
