I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance regarding my parcel issue. I went to collect my parcel from the locker, but when I opened it, it was empty. Due to the severe storm, the locker doors at the site had apparently been blowing open repeatedly, and multiple lockers were left standing open. I immediately reported the issue, but I am simply being told that the parcel shows as “delivered,” with very little urgency or meaningful assistance from customer service. A parcel being scanned as delivered does not mean it was safely received by the customer. At this point, I strongly suspect the parcel was ****** after the lockers blew open, yet I am left without answers, support, or accountability. Customers should not have to carry the loss when there are clear security concerns at collection lockers.

However, when it arrived, the package was loose at the bottom and wet, making it vulnerable to tampering. By the time it reached me, the Apple Watch inside was missing. I contacted Pudo’s customer support, and while one representative was willing to assist, I haven’t received any feedback yet—and honestly, I doubt that I ever will. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, as Pudo’s handling and security measures seem inadequate to prevent such issues, even with non-valuable items.
