I bought tickets from Viagogo for Bryan Adams in Durban, but I never received them. From around 3:00pm on the day of the concert, Viagogo kept promising that replacement tickets were available and would be sent to me. I waited, relying on their assurance. At 7:30pm, only 30 minutes before the concert, whilst standing at the venue they refunded me instead. By then it was too late to buy other tickets or make another plan, and I missed the event. A last-minute refund does not make up for the poor service, false assurance, and inconvenience caused. I want a full explanation and compensation for missing the concert. Order reference: 640154840
