My contract matured in January 2025 I called cartrack and asked them to migrate to the R99 package they told me that they will charge me R350 for that and I said no they rather cancel everything. So I have been calling and sending them emails to either migrate me or cancel and they said they will downgrade me at no cost, but end of January they still debited from my account. I called them and ask what is happening than they said they will send out a technician to come install the R99 tracker, but to date no technician came out. I March I sent them an email and told them I would not be paying R264.99 this month because I told them I want the R99 package, still they went on and deducted on the 25th and did reverse the debit order, but again on the 26th they went ahead and debited again from my account. Yesterday I called and demanded my money back and for them to cancel their services they said they have cancelled my contract with immediate effect because I have asked for a cancellation since January. The accounts lady said she would assist me today on the 28th to get my money back because it has not reflected yet on their side. Now when I call them they telling me they cannot pay me back my money and my contract has not been cancelled with immediate effect, but will only be cancelled on the 25th of April. So they have been lying to me just to keep me calm. Come 25th of April they will be deducting again. I have never skipped a payment and I no longer have a binding contract with them, but they do not want to stop debiting from my account and do not want to give me my money back. Cartrack I want my money back!!!
Since September when the two pot became active sanlam hasn't registered the product on my profile. When I log online or on the app I can't view nothing. I can't claim for my two pot since September the calls are on hold for hours and emails go unanswered this is really frustrating. Sanlam knew about the two pot they should have been ready along time ago, but now all we can do is wait while we need our monies urgently!!
