Terrible customer service experience
Order placed and paid, didn't receive any email to track my order. Contacted them and received automated replies for two days. No one could give feedback on my order. Called with phone just ringing, finally got through today just to be told that they don't have the mattress and the order will be further delayed. How was I going to know this if I didn't call everyday? Absolutely terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone to buy there. Stick to the tried and tested.3 replies

Refund still not processed logged 13 December 2024
Logged a refund on 13 December 2024 and *** confirmed that it was logged and would take 7-14 days to process and reflect in my account. It is day 23 and still no refund. I have made multiple follow ups and there is no feedback. I have followed your procedure and waited for the turn around d you have provided however still do not have the funds in my account.1 reply
