Good day I can't believe how terrible customercare is at MTN. I took a contract for home wifi at Musgrave MTN yesterday. The service I received by the staff there was fantastic. Buhle was amazing. The nightmare began when the line was not working. I went back to the store and was promptly assisted. Still the internet was not working. All that was needed was for someone to complete the process. Buhle has been trying endlessly to help us but the staff at customercare keep shutting her from pillar to post. They even saying that there is nobody from sales available to assist. We even calked the customercare number to no avail. I have now paid for a service that I can't access. This is ridiculous. I have paid for a service I am not receiving.
I am more than tired with Vodacom. Numerous escalations regarding no network at the hospital i work at in Umlazi and now no network at home. So basically I can't use any of my Vodacom lines. Today I had to take out an MTN home wifi contract just so that I can receive internet. How sick is that! To make matters worse I asked how I can buy out of my Vodacom home wifi contract and was quoted an exorbitant figure. What I don't understand is why am I paying Vodacom for services that they are not providing and then on top of that pay them to have to terminate a contract as they are not providing a service they supposed to offer. All that they say is that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. This is really ridiculous.
OMW. I really don't know where to start now. I am simply at the end of my tether with Vodacom. Not only is the reception terrible and practically no existent at the hospital where I work but now also at my home. There is poor internet reception and cellphone reception since today. Really! This is so frustrating and unprofessional on the side of vodacom. Why sell contracts when you know ow your reception is terrible and you guys can't sort out network issues? This is now my 3rd hellopeter complaint against Vodacom in 2 weeks. All that Vodacom does is says they will be in touch and don't really get the problem sorted out.
Vodacom is becoming a very frustrating network to deal with. Since last week Thursday there has been very little to no reception at Prince Mshiyeni hospital in Umlazi. This is totally unacceptable and affects doctors and nurses at the hospital on the Vodacom network. Since last year we have had so many interruptions in reception in this area that I feel I rather start using other networks when my contracts expire. The only response we get from Vodacom is a lame apology and that they are aware of the problem and they are working on it. Staff wh9 are on other networks are not having any problems..
I arranged for netstar to do a fitment on a vehicle at a dealership in Heidelberg today. They came in and the car was having roofracks done. They said they will come later on. Still haven't come as yet. Now they tell the salesperson they will not do it today. Frustrating as the car needs to come to Durban tomorrow and now netstar is delaying everything. I should rather move all my business to cartrack or tracker.
Vodacom said they will contact me. This was o. 24 May. Still nobody has contacted me. We still have poor reception at Prince Mshiyeni hospital in Umlazi. This is now going on for a month. Rather cancel all co tracts with Vodacom amd move to another service provider.
Terrible customer care. My parcel is with Skynet since last week and has not been delivered as yet. They say it will take 3 to 5 working days. Today is the 5th day and I have not yet received the parcel. I phoned customer care twice today and was told that the matter was escalated and there was no response as yet. I had previous problems with Skynet when my Samsung products were to be delivered and when my AMC products were to be delivered. I really don't know why service providers still use Skynet considering how poor there customer care is.
Terrible customer care. I sent a complaint about poor cellphone and internet reception at Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in Umlazi over a week ago. We still don't have proper reception at the hospital. This is now going on for close to a month that we don't have reception now.
Vodacom get your services in order. There is very poor service in the Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in Umlazi Durban for the last few days. We as doctors can't make calls or receive calls due to poor reception and the internet reception is very slow. This is the second time in few months this is happening. This is really making it hard to receive calls and use the internet for work purposes. All of us who have Vodacom lines are affected. My internet line at home is also superslow despite me being on a high mbps plan. Really ridiculous. I tried contacting customer service but guess what....the automated voice bot can't even help. I only ma aged to get hold of Vodacom customer care by walking to the outskirt of the hospital. In all honesty i should rather cancel all contracts with Vodacom. Please contact me urgently on [email protected] to resolve this matter. I could say to contact me on my cellphone but we have no reception
Good day I am deeply unhappy with the courier company Samsung is using to deliver my keyboard cover and charger. From the 13 December the Skynet site shows that my parcel is at the Durban branch. From then to now there has been no change and my parcel is still not delivered. I tried calling them on numerous occasions and held on forever and still couldn't speak to an agent. Please look urgently into this matter and revert to me. My order number /approval number is 4010912022921JOHQY. Regards Dr Zaheed Khan
