I purchased a cola ****a from.Kfc at Gateway on Saturday 21 September 2024 . The cashier gave me a normal straw when I approached her about chaging the straw to the correct ****y straw she said oh . For me at this point was that your very own staff do not know your products. They made me wait 10 minutes for this straw and when I asked what is the delay theu staff all looked at each other mumberling to themselves and ignored me .I had to ask 2 more times then was told I have to wait they getting it from the store room. They had no remorse no apology . I was standing in this line waiting with my 1 year old baby. When I mentioned I am leaving your staff just looked at each other and had a don't care attitude they didn't even ask me to wait This is not how we as clients should be treated it is because of us that your business and opened and that very sam staff have a job. Your Staff just stood around talking to each other. They did not have any sense of customer service. I am absolutely disgusted at their behavior. ARE THESE STAFF EVEN TRAINED.If my comment does not get a response I will be taking this to the highest forum.I could not even drink my drink because the straw that was given to me was for a cool drink and not ****a
