The worst ever company to buy from DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. It is on your OWN RISK!
The worst ever. Bought a mattress and base unit. The wrong stuff was send to me, and then they try to find excuses to justify the nonsense of a mess they did. Booking return and now re-delivery now taking forever. 2 months and counting.

I had an issue with trip tracking on DIAL-DIRECT driving App
I had an issue with trip tracking on DIAL-DIRECT driving App. The consultant Darien Sigamoney understood my issue and addressed it with great urgency. I considered to move to a different Insurance Company, but with his assistance and urgency it really changed my mind to remain with DIAL-DIRECT. It is top notch and I will continue my membership with DIAL-DIRECT in the near future. The driving APP was fixed, and it really made my day. To Darien Sigamoney. Keep up the great work. I really appreciate it. You deserve a raise!
