Ryan of Tidotech is very service orientated and price conscious. I appreciate his dedication to get my practical needs met without stressing the budget unnecessarily. He is open and frank on what can and what cant be done. When in a pinch, he will engage to assist without hesitation. Much appreciated Ryan !
I have also had a problem with Telkom Integrated Data Service - it sounds like a great idea but the Call Center is clueless about the product and resolves any call by transferring from one department to the next - even Technical cannot assist because the sim did not come with a mobile number (?)- who then transfers to Telkom Mobile - which automated response requests a Access code (??) which I do not have - no possibility to return to an operator - but I digress :<br> <br> Surely there must be a dedicated department that would assist customers with this new unsolicited service thrust upon them after they have chosen to make use of it?
