Never use this medical aid. They are really bad and you can never reach them. They will send you from pillar to post. I submitted my claim refund on the 10th of April and still have not received payout. I have submitted documents.. everything they request several times and no success. I even wrote a review here and that was the only way I could reach them. It's so frustrating, imagine paying your premiums on time they keep failing. I really hope most employers terminate their services with them , they very good at making patients suffer . A whole month no payout and no one uploads my documents. I just get reference numbers that all ..
I submitted a request for refund on the 24 April and no one has acknowledged my email. When I call to ask for my refund, I keep being told that someone will call me to acknowledge it. They do unprofessional. Not only that, I didn't know I had a refund due to me. No one called to say this is your amount. No communication at all. Very bad service
Very bad medical aid . I am suppose to receive my refund and they keep giving me a back and forth asking for the same documents. I submitted the same document three times and no one is capturing them. It's been over a month with my refund not being paid for a claim. They are causing alot of stress and frustration. The consultants are not professional and they don't know how to assist. It's like they are not trained to do their work. They don't read instructions, they don't capture details. It's a very unprofessional medical aid. They are not reachable and when I ask for the complaints department no one responds.

Them onboarding me was very easy and they very quick to deduct my money. I submitted a claim and no one responded. I had to call them and i was told to submit another claim. I submitted another claim and no response. I was first told to wait 10 days its been more then 30 days and no responded. Stay away from this company. They give you a auto response with no response. They should be barred from administering service. We will end up dying due to non payment and that time they take your premiums without problems. Stay away your health will be at risk. Netstar tracking are *****ulent and keep deducting from mu account without my authorization. Iv been calling and trying to cancel my tracker with them for over a year now and they keep deducting from my account. I keep sending cancellation emails. The retention officers send confirmation that my contract with them is cancelled but they refuse to atop deducting from my account. I got two three confirmation that my contract is over but the endless back and forth, letter of demands that i am getting from them is becoming ridiculous. Never take up netstar, they horrible at their service and when i complain and what my refund i am ignored
Stay away from this insurance, they are the worst. They enjoy deducting your premiums and dont assist. I had a mechanical breakdown and they told me that my cover which is full comprehensive doesn't have roadside assistance. That is horrible, they so quickly want to make a sale, they dont even send you policy schedule with the rules until claim stage. They left me stranded in a danger place,do yourself a favour and get a better insurer. Other insurers will even bring cops to be with you while you wait for the tower, budget will leave you stranded and say you should pay cash FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. I didnt even have money cause i sacrificed to use them as my insurer.. NEVER USE BUDGET INSURANCE, especially as a woman
