They shouldn't even get the one star rate , They never answer calls , paid in full for all the services in 2025 and every consultant handling my profile has resigned and no updates have been communicated. Lona promised to call and provide me with feedback and progress of my profile since the 24th of April 2026 and to date, i have never received Lona's calls and they do not attend to my WhatsApp messages when sending follow up messages. The manger Nasiera takes too long to respond to emails and never bothers calling a client for a mere courtesy call... I am very disappointed. Other companies call me everyday asking if they can help me with the same issue , but now how do i even go about paying another person for the same thing that should be resolved by now ????

Very pathetic services , they did not want to cancel my membership in 2020 because of the Covid 19 pandemic. I was unable to pay for the gym because i was unemployed and the gym was also closed with immediate effect. They did not even take the time to contact , email, or sms their clients on how to make a re arrangement or even allow us to reach out to them. I found that very unfair as when i got to the gym when things eased up a bit, i was told that the membership has been cancelled and i have been handed over to lawyers(debt collectors for this. Today i just got contacted by DMC Debt management telling me about a balance owing of R10914 for the very same gym that refused to assist me , failed to listen , failed to investigate at the time i had brought them proof that i was a non essential worker and was unable to continue with the member ship because of lack of income. Now today, they putting a bad name for me and sold the account to DMC ?? Why are they so abusive and not respecting consumers in this country?
Just want to say through all the bad experience I have with the Avon Justine independent sales rep. After I expressed how disappointed I was with the brand and all. I am very confident to say Mpho from Avon Justine customer service department is for keeps. She called me , understood my frustrations and even it was a while back with no expectations, I was sent the most heartfelt and warm apology. With that with an amazing gift, it made me feel so special ans highly valued. I will continue to support the brand as I really love their Capre deme silver cologne, and their Avon Care body lotion range , not leaving out the lipstick which Is longer lasting and very good for my lips. Mpho is really a great asset to their business 👏🏾 continue with the great service my dear. Thank once again
The worst experience I've ever had as a customer with this brand and ever since I've sworn never to support anyone who is a reseller of the Avon brand because of the terrible experience I've had. How can you purchase a travel bag and only used once the bag starts snapping and pulling apart from zip stitched areas. When i reported to the person I had purchased from about the issue I encountered they told me not to stuff the bag with heavy things ... what are heavy objects that can be put in a woman's travel bag??? Shame I am never trusting the brand re sellers... especially those of Avon in particular .
