Outstanding Service from Fines SA, had a query and they got back to me fast
My experience with Vodacom Online has been extremely disappointing. I app**** for a phone and was approved on 24 March 2026. During the order confirmation, I requested an address change, but unfortunately this was not updated on the system. As a result, the device was delivered to the wrong address. What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication — I had to follow up myself just to find out what was happening. Customer service has been poor, with no clear answers or assistance provided. As of today (8 April 2026), I have cancelled my order. However, I am now being told I must wait 7–8 working days for the process to be completed because the device is still in transit back to Vodacom. I was also unable to collect the phone in-store, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering a phone online if service and communication are important to you.
