I had such a great experience working with Careful Movers , from getting a quote within hours from Sbusiso , to Lawrence & Vusi ‘s swift transportation and great handling of my furniture from Jhb to EL . They stuck to all the times we agreed upon and all my furniture items are still in condition they found them . I would definitely use this team again!

THE WORST REFUND PROCESS!!
Game has to be the worst online outlet I've ever came across.. It's easier taking your money for a purchase but getting it back for a refund is such a hassle. I bought a washing machine online on the 29th of July 2024.on the 30th I received an email saying theitem I bought was out of stock,and my refund has been processed, I should wait 3-5 days for the payment to reflect. 5 days go by and there was no payment. I call their call centre and I was told to send them my banking details for them to send the details to finance. Which means the initial email they sent about the refund being processed was a lie.. I sent them my banking details on Tuesday the 6th of August. And I still do not have my money back. I've tried to be as calm as possible when engaging with their customer care employees and that has gotten me nowhere actually because I don't understand why almost two weeks later I still do not have my money back.
