So it was our anniversary today and we decided to have supper at tigers milk grandwest,we had such a bad experience.. firstly we were seated by one of the waiters and then we had to wait 10 min to get assistance,the waiter came and took our order ,we gave our order and the after a while she brought our drinks, and then she brought the food, the food was ice cold (we had burger and fries with onions rings) we wanted to add sauce on but then the holder with sauces had two empty tomato sauces in which we had shake some out to get some sauce.we were looking for forks to eat with but there was only knifes in,when we were done eating we looked for serviettes or wipes but there was nothing I went to another table and took wipes from that table,we have never experienced anything like this by any other restaurants.tigers milk I'm sorry but i won't be dinning by you again.
Good day I am so so angry right now.in 2019 I opened a funeral policy with old mutual and in 2020 due to covid I was at home and could not work do my policy lapsed Well in 2022 I opened one again because I started working again and then I paid every month as per normal and in the beginning of this year (2024) I got a notification saying that my policy has been lapsed I was so stressed out I rushed to old mutual branch and the guy that assisted me showed me and assured me that my policy is up to date and stil active I was relieved to hear this .today I got a phone call from old mutual telling me my policy has lapsed in March already I was so so shocked why after 5 months they decide to phone me to tell me my policy has lapsed why did they not phone me immediately when it so called lapsed,I mean I have been paying everymonth for what for them to tell me my acount has been lapsed ..I am so so ****ed of right now honestly what is God forbid one of my beneficiaries had passed on and I needed to claim for their funeral and then what.i honestly don't know what to say
