Nedbank should start respecting the agreements we sign with them instead of them assuming that everyone gets paid on the 25th, some of us are paid last day of the month and trust me it’s very frustrating to having extra charges just because Nedbank MFC decided to do as they please. I hope Tyrone Bilings or Peet Moolman get this message and fix they system.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve been receiving from MTN customer care no one seems to know what’s happening. My phone has deactivated incoming calls since Wednesday until today and I’m using my phone for work. I have called MTN customer service several time and even drove to the nearest MTN store they also couldn’t help me so right know I’m left with a SIM card or a phone that is not receiving calls Can someone from MTN solve this matter for me cause I’m really behind with my work and that’s not a good thing, or maybe it’s best we move to other networks since no help is provided by MTN. I don’t need your code and to be told to restart the phone after 5minutes but I need this phone to work I’m really frustrated.
I had app**** for my pension backed lending with Standard Bank in April 2025 for 3 weeks I never received an communication until I decided to call they call centre to get an update, where I was told they still dealing with my application. Last week when I called that’s in June I was told that I need to call NCR to get a form 17.7 or transfer letter for them to see that I’m not under debt review when I had sent a clearance certificate. So today 12 June 2025 I received call from the lady that I was told she’s dealing with my application that I need to go to court and get a letter. What letter is required by Standard Bank since I thought clearance certificate is the key, what letter should I get from court. It’s so unfortunate to be treated like this just because we are powerless.
I bought a Samsung A05 on the 08th of May 2024 then on the 26th of July 2024 the phone’s screen frozen, I then took the phone to Samsung in UMhlanga Durban since the phone is still under warranty. This morning the 31st of July at 10:20 I got a call from Samsung to tell me that I need to pay R1550 for them for put a new screen. I then send I will collect the phone and go fix it elsewhere I am also told that I need to pay R350 that the phone was checked, how ridiculous that can be this phone is not even 6 month in use and already have to pay so much. Samsung needs to check the service they give to us as customers I feel this is just unacceptable. Can they just give me my phone back I don’t approve in paying the R350 for no service.
