Zine from Registration dept is Very Rude
I made a call this morning it was unswered at Reception then the call was transferred to registration dept and it was unswered by ZINE. How can someone be this rude to clients? My query was my my invoice has expired and I could not log on to my details. She was very impatient with me and she shouted and kept on saying HAIBO! HAIBO! When I complained about the tone of her voice it seemed like I made things worse,. I'm very dissatisfied by how the lady treated me0 replies
