Incorrect delivery - NO RESPONSE
Incorrect items delivered . Contacted via email 3 times . No response . Phoned a lady called ZIDA ( not sure of spelling) explaining situation . She assured me I would receive a return call . Still no response. Previous order -1 glass short delivered . Then when the replacement package eventually arrived one of the glasses had shattered en route due to poor packaging at which point I gave up and did not complain. This indicates general carelessness over two orders .0 replies
