Toerbroers NEVER AGAIN ! What a disorganized rip-off ! Firstly the tour price was set at R 19.00 to the US$. The Rand became stronger and was at R 16,67 when the tour started. No refund or discount was given for the stronger rand ! The tourists were lured to Zanzibar with Gerhard Steyn (singer) as the bait. Although Steyn was there in person he did NOT PERFORM once !! Airline tickets were bought at the last minute - we were supposed to fly directly to Zanzibar with FlySafair but at the last minute Kenia Airways were cheaper. That meant flying to Nairobi with an hour stop-over, having to go through the border security search again and another hour's flight to Zanzibar. With 2 hours on a bus and horrible roads we had 9 hours in transit instead of 5 hours if we flew directly to Zanzibar, The "All-inclusive" package included very mediocre food and a small selection of horrible (local ****) drinks. One even had to pay for a Cuppachino !! The "4 Star Resort" did not even make 3 stars !! We were given the cheapest rooms at the back of the resort with absolutely no view. The buildings had no elevators (3 stories), the rooms are old and run-down with NO TV, no fridge, and no lounge chairs. The shower in our room was spilling water all over the bathroom with the result that we had to put towels on the floor to try and stop the water from running into the bedroom. Luckily we ONLY went on one of the so called tours which was again a rip-off and a waste of money. We were charged R 1,750 (the price advertised was $ 100 thus R 1667.00). The "tour guides" kept on making excuses for the problems and were of very little help to anybody. My advise is rather do your homework and book your own holiday but STAY AWAY from TOERBROERS !!
Impossible to make an appointment on the DHA Website. Even if you register an eHome Affairs Profile it is impossible to make an appointment !! The SMS numbers 38021 and 32551 as advertised by DHA does not work. Really pathetic !!
After another week of promises Old Mutual has not responded - pathetic !!!!!
Old Mutual is super pathetic with absolutely NO assistance to customers !! Requested that bank details must be changed as a new account was opened 5 months ago !! After completing an absolute useless lot of paperwork (spelling out my whole pedigree) just to change my debit order to another bank, I am unable to get a response from Old Mutual !! Is this is just about impossible, what will happen if a policy has to pay out ??
This is an absolute **** !! They are writing their own reviews to make them look good but in fact they are busy with a massive ****. Impossible to get any money out of your “investment” !! ****mers “account managers” phone you relentlessly from “Unknown” or stange numbers, are very demanding and arrigant & you can only communicate with them via WhatsApp. Stay away from Villion Trade !! This matter should be taken up by the special investigating police as they are using false FSP numbers !!

I am trying to pay my companies CIPC account but cannot log in to my profile. The CIPC website and enquiries are pathetic and so is the Call Centre as they are not able to take any calls due to a "high volume of calls". I do not know why I have to pay this ******* and now I cannot even pay them because of their pathetic on-line system !!
Used 4 x 200ml bottles of Efekto Plant protector as per the recommended dosage on 60 sqM lawn agains Mole Crickets with NO effect !! The same with Efekto Ant insecticide - NO effect. Pathetic products which should NOT be sold or advertised !!
I have been trying for 11 days to get some invoices and statements from Vodacom Customer Care !! All I get is an "Automated Response" from a computer and NOTHING ELSE !! Vodacom is PATHETIC - one cannot speak to a person, just computers who does NOT RESPOND
