I started working by Portside building recently and I really like Kauai however I've had so many bad experiences with a cashier named Bervery on her tag and on the slip it shows "Nosiphiwo" ...the first instance she gave me a ice coffee instead of berry milkshake I ordered, second instance I was being friendly to her not focusing on the past but she had a sticky attitude where when I felt like never going back to buy there again however I went again she ****d being friendly andthen make rude remarks when I walked away ...I really like the shop but that one employee is not so nice ...I don't have a problem with someone trying to do their job but being kind is free and won't cost her nothing ...I never reported it before because I didn't want her to be in trouble but my experience in that shop is becoming worse and worse each day ...I've never met someone so rude and full of bad attitude
I went to ACKERMANS branch Jabulani several times to cancel a lay buy... Each time I go their story changes... One consultant will say system works after 12pm and other before 12pm... I've been there around those mentioned times several times and got no assistance as their system always doesn't work... I just need my refund back.. Please help
I don't even know where to start, payjoy frustrates me so badly ....i paid my installment on the 24th of June whereas the due date was the 3rd of July...however it seems like no one attends to emails as I sent the Proof of payment. Yesterday the 3rd my phone was locked because of no payment allocated or acknowledged...I called today and I was granted access for some hours ...I see on the app the phone will be locked again tomorrow the 5th which means I won't be able to use the phone after paying 9 days early before the due date...I hope I won't be charged any interests for late payment as I paid in time....it's so frustrating...the agents are also not very nice via the phone or WhatsApp line ...no customer service....the service is very poor ...
