I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate Kisasa Credit for their outstanding service. For over 10 years, I struggled with debt and tried countless times to negotiate with African Bank. Instead of assisting me, I was offered additional loans and even a credit card I never requested. All I wanted was to settle the original amount I had borrowed, but my requests were not considered. Kisasa Credit stepped in and changed everything. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to helping clients truly made a difference in my life. They successfully assisted me in resolving and removing the debt that had weighed on me for so many years. @Agoda I made a booking (Booking ID: on 22 Oct under the impression of free cancellation and pay later. Yet, Agoda immediately charged me, & when I cancelled, you claimed the property owner is “not responding” — after nearly a month. How is it acceptable to send customers to a remote place you can’t even verify is operational? I demand a full refund and for Agoda to take responsibility. #ConsumerRights #Agoda #TravelFail0 replies
