Refund

Never ever book your tickets with them!!! If everything goes according to plan then all goes well. But the moment it doesn't then it's a different story Qatar Airways cancelled our flights in March due to the unrest in the Middle East. I contacted Gotogate on 10 March to get a refund on the 2 legs of our tickets that was canceled by the airline. We've been waiting ever since for our refund. Qatar Airways say we must speak to Gotogate as they must request the refund on our behalf. And they imply that Gotogate has not approached them for the refund yet. Gotogate says they app**** for the refund on 11 March and are awaiting the refund from Qatar Airways... So who do we believe??? We're going around in circles for more than 2 months and not getting our money back!!!
