4 Break-Ins under TRSS security services sounds like negligence, no?

Firstly, I don’t rate them any stars. The star is cause I have to. The worst security service! There have been break-in’s almost every single month in our estate and the company’s only answer is ‘we will investigate’. A couple of weeks ago a security guard was reported to be drunk while on duty. There is no responsibility taken on the part of the security company, no tangible and enforced measures to increase security or the reliability of their service. 4 car thefts in the span of 6/7 months but the only measures in place are security guards FOOT PATROLLING with a flashlight. There is no response vehicle. The investigator who investigated the last break-in gave a statement that was amateur at best and did not include a single enforceable security measure. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
