Coming in under the pretense of helping, only to weaken what was left of what I had.
After months of missed attempts at getting the company to see me regarding a contract, Martin sent a technician in who was supposed to install a radio transponder so they could diagnose a fault I wanted to fix on one of the beams. The technician did what he said he needed to do, ripped my old security signs down and glued TRSS signs up. After he left, I found he had disconnected an essential component, resulting in daily false alarms. The list of mistakes they made is longer, but this one is enough. After 2 weeks waiting for them to fix this blunder and them missing every opportunity to meet with me to remedy the situation, Martin asked for a day to come in and remove their device as they do not want my business any longer. No offer to fix the mess they made. I somehow doubt they will be here for their appointment to remove their stuff... I cannot trust this company as it stands now.

I was sworn at, cussed out and told to leave at China Center
I was cussed out, sworn at and told to leave by a beligenrent and rude security guard called Sandile at China Center Randburg gate in boundary river park, his manager named Carl came and said his guy was just stressed because other customers are usually abusive towards him.

TRSS the worst security company
The worst security company - poor service and technical support. TRSS system is broken and sends for now 7 weeks night and day guards to our house. Unable to fix it and we get totally ignored

Trss admin office is terrible provide terrible service
TRSS reaction admin office Service is a Complete **** - DO NOT TRUST THEM!** I am beyond furious with TRSS Service. They promised me a **free service**, but now they’re demanding money from me for something that was supposed to be free! When I asked what I’m paying for, they first claimed it was because the technician came multiple times, which is an outright lie – the technician came **once**. When I dispute that, they change their story and say it’s because the technician came **after 15:00**. What kind of ridiculous excuse is that? They clearly have no consistency in their explanations. Then, they tried to charge me for a device that was already fixed. When I questioned that, they suddenly said I only need to pay for the **service**, not the device. It’s all just a bunch of shifting stories to get money from me! And now, to top it all off, **they’re threatening me with court orders** over a service I was promised would be free. Are you kidding me? This is beyond unprofessional, and I’m absolutely livid. even when they have proper response service and good technical team , the admin office is terrible and you do not want to deal with them. they do not have integrity **Do not trust TRSS Service** – they are ****mers, inconsistent with their charges, and will make up any excuse to take your money. Stay far away from this company!

Shocking service from TRSS Technical Team
TRSS technical team is proving to be beyond shocking. I have been having issues with the alarm panel installed by the technical team - which they installed a brand new system around the end of November 2024. First instance the technician that arrived at the premises had no idea why he was even sent to the property to check, which shows that no proper job card was given to him. Upon completion, the technician then decided to blame me for the faults with the keypad and when I told him the system is still under warranty and if it does it again, then I want it replaced with a new one His response was "no we wont do that". The system then started giving issues yet again and after demanding that it gets replaced, there was blatant disregard for my request and this was not done, instead they replaced only a PC Board. Not even 3 days later, the system is faulty yet again. I have been requesting that someone from a senior position contact me to discuss this, but it is yet another instance of blatant disregard for requests and no call received. Only after back & forth emails did the PR officer decide to call.

0 STARTS ******* SECURITY AT BISHOPS SQAURE COMPLEX, THEY TAKE BRIBES
My first impression of this complex was that it is a great environment to raise a family, it seems peaceful and safe. However this was not my experience with the place, starting with the BODY CORPORATE & CARETAKER KRISH! I had an unpleasant experience with the tenants that live above me, they had guests over on Saturday morning and my daughter was playing on our veranda and one of their guest dropped a glass bottle of alcohol that just missed her face almost injuring her, the guest then demanded to enter my house and collect their alcohol and when I refused entry to them I was met with racial slurs and threats, they even went as far as reaching in my window. I address this is incident with the security and CARETAKER KRISH, I even provided them with video footage and nothing was done. A home should be our safe heaven and since then I have never felt more unsafe especially when I learnt that KRISH and the tenant said we were "over reacting", this was only just the first incident! After this the tenants would constantly drop their bottles in my yard, dispose of their cigarettes, vapes you name it and every time we complain to KRISH we would send him pictures and again nothing happens we just have accept their behavior. Every single weekend starting on Friday all the way to Monday morning at 08:00 we have to contend with the tenants above us who have parties, loud music and scream at each other and park their cars and start hooting at each other, despite the rules of the complex stating clearly that no noise will be tolerated, no hooting your cars and no music after 23:00. We have to call the security countless times to shut the noise down and the security only succeeds after the 5th attempt and 10th call! We have approached the "CARETAKER KRISH" to find out if he is aware of this and he responded by calling the tenant and the tenants in front of me and response was that we are making this up, KRISH is well aware of this he even accompanied us one Monday morning after we called all night SUNDAY and heard the music still playing loudly at the apartment and this was at 09:00 on a Monday morning. This has gotten so bad that our daughter cant even sleep in her own room, in fact nobody can, we are living in a 2 bedrooms apartment and we can only make use of 1 room because of this. I believe the KRISH and the SECURITY at BISHOP SQAURE Complex are being bribed to let incidents go so that they do not get to the body corporate. I have requested an incident log so that I may escalate this to the HOUSING TRIBUNAL along with all the pictures, messages and videos so that something gets done about this. So my advice to you, if do want to live at Bishops Square looks can be deceiving if you are looking for peace and safety look elsewhere!!! KRISH takes bribes to keep quiet and is not interested and addressing any concerns tenants have, he believes being a caretaker only means that you have make the sure the grass is cut and the walls are painted, he admitted that is all he has to do and all he has been doing for 8 years, anything else is beyond him. OH AND HE CAN BE BOUGHT FOR A PRICE TO KEEP COMPLAINTS FROM THE BODY COPRPRATE EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF A 9 YERA OLD CHILD GETTING HURT!!
