Stay away from this company! They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. My kit eventually arrived out of the blue (after many irate emails sent to them) 2 weeks after I ordered it. Their website claims delivery in 1-4 days. Plus it came with no instructions at all. How is my grandson supposed to figure out what to do with it? They emailed a link to download instructions which didn't work.
Many thanks to Patrick Ndlela, who has been relentless in pursuing my claim for flood damage to my property. Considering that the floods were back in April, he has called me at least once every week since then, updating me on progress, informing me of what steps I need to take, and following up with Santam. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

No support whatsoever! My internet went off after loadshedding ended at 10 o clock this morning. Since then, I have tried repeatedly to get help from Webafrica. They offer a WhatsApp help line that keeps you hanging on and hanging on (the entire afternoon) and even when you finally get connected to a technician they do nothing and then disconnect so you are left hanging, not knowing what is going on.
