So sick and tired of SPAM from MBD! Seems they just send emails to every email address they can find. have requested unsubscribe 1000 times but still MBD just keeps on spamming people!!!
Friendly efficient service. Friendly staff and a wide variety of décor and beautiful flowers. Attention to detail and creative suggestions. Well worth mentioning. I will recommend to all event coordinators, planners and bridal couples. I was really impressed with Deco Flow's service and creativity.
Always great service. Dr Schwabe is a caring person with a love for animals. He always listens to the problem/history and explains the resolution so that 'non-doctors' can understand it. He's got a warm, inviting, and caring personality and our pets love him.
Dotsure is the BEST! I have peace of mind knowing that my fur babies are covered in the unlikely event that they need medical care. Dotsure's claims process is SUPER easy and the settlement is almost FASTer than a Beagle can sniff out a bone. I know, I have a Beagle!!! Love Dotsure!
Worst ISP EVER!!!! Always shifts blame onto Octotel but Octotel came out, tested the line, and provided Afrihost and me with photographic evidence that the Octotel line is solid and that the fault is with Afrihost but still Afrihost blames Octotel. It has been proven that the router is fine, the line is fine but that Afrihost is throttling the line on an uncapped, unshaped line. I have sent thousands of tickets and hundreds of calls to Afrihost who refuses to assist. Asking to speak to Gian Visser or another director is fruitless. They just ignore you. There's nothing wrong with Octotel. Just some Kudo’s 👏🏻 - give recognition where it's due since people are so easy to only complain. My bike (BMW F800 GS Adventure) went to Traffik Car Wash 🧼 in Brackenfell this morning. WOW 🤩 to say the least. The bike looks better than when it came off the showroom floor. All shiny and clean. 🧽 These okes took a real interest in the bike and really cleaned it VERY well.🪥 It looks like new and for R200 - it’s a *****! Highly, highly recommended.
Being an avid adventure biker, Harley Davidson Gold Rand's online store is the last place you'd think I would be shopping... You're wrong and so was I. My mind was absolutely blown by the professional, courteous and friendly staff and how easy is was to buy from HD Gold Rand online. Absolutely the WORST ISP to deal with. Signed up for business fibre a week ago and was told 5-7 working days. Followed up and someone forgot to do something and now it's another 5-7 working days! They don't have a technical support phone number, everything must be done with WhatsApp. How do you run a business on WhatsApp support, billing and aftersales service? Pathetic to say the least!
Give credit where credit is due... I was never a big BMW fan until I got my F800GSA late last year. Up to today I always wondered what makes BMW riders tick??? My bike went in for a service today (the first one I took it in for) and I must admit - now I know why so many people ride BMW's. It's not that they're versatile, not that they are SUPER COOL bikes, not that BMW riders have a statement to make (or so they say)... NO, no, no! It's because the moment you set foot in BMW Motorrad Stellenbosch by Donford's front door, you're a KING! You are treated as if you're their only customer and everything depends on how YOU feel. The service is exceptional, professional, friendly, courteous... I'm running out of ways to explain how good my experience at BMW Motorrad Stellenbosch by Donford was. To the DP and staff - WELL DONE!!! Your service, professionalism, and how you make your customers feel are beyond exceptional. You will see me for many years and I hope to buy a lot more bikes from BMW Motorrad Stellenbosch by Donford. Thank you for proving that there are still businesses that value their customers and who offer exceptional service!
With our current economic climate, high interest and inflation rates, and the fact that post-Covid19, more and more people are battling to survive financially; customer service should be top on and number one of any business’ mission statement and something all the staff should strive to perfect because without the customer your business is worthless. Even more so when a customer forks out a lot of money especially to buy a new vehicle, at full asking price, without any negotiation for a better deal. If only I had read the reviews on Hellopeter and Google reviews (like I usually do) before I bought my new Suzuki from Frank Vos Motors Worcester, I would never have dealt with them, nor advised anyone else to do so. As with so many other reviews on Hellopeter, I have also had the same unfortunate pathetic experience. The fact in my opinion is; Frank Vos Motors Worcester only cares about sales. After they have your money they no longer care. You are worthless to them and they don't even bother returning your calls or answering your numerous written requests. You can't even complain about after-sales service, as there is NO after-sales service! I have sent countless messages to the salesman, sent an email -and even spoken to the dealer principal personally as I wanted to buy additional accessories which the dealer principal promised a discount on as the new vehicle I was sold, had damage on when it was delivered. Yes, they did fix the initial damage but the fact remains - they sold me a damaged “new” vehicle! Their promise of a discount on accessories has never come to fruition after more than two weeks of begging them. Despite the fact that I was prepared to pay for the accessories... They have never honored their promises and just ignore you after the sale has gone through. I have also been waiting for more than two weeks for my license plates as I am still driving with paper plates but suppose I paid R4 000.00 for delivery costs and another R1 700.00 for licensing costs for nothing? More empty promises!!! After numerous messages, they still can't commit to a day or date when this would be finalized. I sent a final written request this morning at 08h30 for a detailed written confirmation on a Frank Vos letterhead, of the warranty and service plan particulars. The salesman rep**** 8 hours later with a basic text email, not on a letterhead as requested, stating “5yr/200 000km waarborg en ook ‘n 4yr/60 000km diensplan”. Still nothing about any details or commitments… But, the sale is done – why would Frank Vos Motors care? I have given up on trying to get any form of service from Frank Vos Motors Worcester and will spend my money elsewhere. Unfortunately, I referred another sale to them, which luckily I could ask the person to cancel before they made more empty promises to someone else, and then my reputation would be just as worthless. I will also be writing to Suzuki Motors SA who should pull their affiliation with Frank Vos Motors Worcester as it tarnishes their good brand. My finance house and the RMI will also hear from me as their objective per their website is inter alia to “…maintaining proper standards of service and ethical trading conditions in the industry.” Does it apply to Frank Vos Motors? Don't believe any promises from Frank Vos Motors Worcester - even if they are in writing. They mean nothing! Stay far, far away because once you have signed on the dotted line it seems you are no longer a valued customer.
