I requested a ride and payment of R84 went off my account. Driver immediately canceled the ride and never got here. When I asked for a Redlands on the app they said they dont do refunds
Made an order on the 22nd May 2024 for it to be delivered today on the 27th. Even received communication that it would be delivered and guess what, R1000 down the drain with no delivery no nothing. I won't use netflorist ever again
