Vodacom never called with a resolution
I would suggest you don't take a contract with Vodacom. Friday I received a call from someone in Vodacom they said to expect a call from them to assist me. I have had numerous issues with Vodacom and no body can resolve the issues. Their staff are so laxi daisy its not funny

Vodacom incompetence
For over a month I had been battling to renew my contract. I have learned that vodacom is completely ***********. I had renewed my contract but noticed that there were similar deals with watch and pods and returned the cell phone to try and get the better deal. Becaise of vodacoms incompetency the returned item sat in the warehouse for a week without being recorded. I thereby missed the deal because the month ended. I the asked for another phone but was again mislead and a half hour later i cancelled the deal but i was told no i had to wait get the cell return it and start all over again. Again delays. Then a person named ferdie called he promised to get me the old deal which he would get management to recreate the desl. As yet he has failed to contact me. A lady called on monday the cell call dropped she said she tried to call me but she didn't. She said i blocked her call. But suddenly she could call me on Wednesday. She came with no resolution. Just was very argumentative. Gosh i finally ave up and cancelled my contract. I have had this contract for over 12 years. What a bunch of *********** people

I spoke to Ferdie from Vodacom after I laid a complaint on hello Peter. It's a month no and as yet my contract hasn't been resolved. Ferdie call me on Friday promising to resolve the issue as the contract I wanted on the phone expired in march. He was going to get vodacom to recreate the deal and upgrade till today no assistance he hasn't called me back. . I did indicate that I knew he wouldn't call me in Friday because I expected service from Vodacom to be useless and unreliable. He promised he would sort out my contract by end of Friday and as yet nothing was done. Well vodacom you have proved how useless you and the team are.

Vodacom and Ram
Vodacom is the most *********** company to get a contract upgraded. I ordered a phone in the 17th Feb the phone arrived on the 19th but the phone wasn't what I wanted. I called vodacom on the 18th and tried to cancel the phone. I returned the phone without opening it. Ram was going to cancel and return it. But surprisingly ram came back on the 23rd to give me the same phone even though I cancelled it. I called vodacom. And they still didn't cancel the contract. They are so *********** that they refused to cancel the phone.

Vodacom is very inefficient
They are unreliable and not very efficient. They won't cancel your contract.

Refusal to refund.
They promise money back guarantee. I sent Julie from cheetah thin an email stating the product doesn't work they promised money Back guarantee no questions asked. They ****. They haven't refunded me and their product doesn't work

Ross Champion Pinetown-workshop Manager Wesley
Wesley workshop Manager from Ross Champion was an absolute star. I had an accident a month ago and took my car in for repairs. Wesley assured me that I would have my car within 3 days and he kept his word. He called me and kept me in the loop about the repairs and the job he did was amazing. 3 weeks after the repairs were done I was reversing my husbands vehicle out of the yard and the swinging electronic gate smashed into my front left fender. I panicked and reversed the car directly onto the wall smashing the back light. I frantically call Wesley and he was at my gate in 20 minutes. He took pictures submitted the claim and the car was as good a new by the next week. Wesley you are amazing and Ross Champion is very lucky to have you as a manager. You are a treasure and I will definitely recommend Ross Champion Pinetown as long as you are their Manager.

Clientele legal not doing the due diligence
I have been with Clientele legal for over 10 years and believe me they simply don't want to represent you when you have a crisis. They take your money but you have to beg for them to represent you. They don't put qualified people to advise you when you call. If you want to speak to a lawyer it's a mission. Please advise me if the ombudsman will take action against them. They have taken my money over 10 years with no real help
