I placed an order with Avum Fashion Haven in August 2025 and paid via EFT for 2 wigs. I never received my parcel. Since then, I have been given multiple excuses such as “shipment issues” and promises of delivery on specific dates, but nothing has ever arrived. Communication has now completely stopped, and there is no reliable contact number to reach them. What is very concerning is that the business continues to advertise and claim they are delivering orders, while many customers (including myself) are still waiting with no updates. They also disable comments on their posts, which prevents customers from raising concerns publicly. I have previously ordered from them without issues, which makes this even more disappointing. At this point, I believe this is not just poor service but misleading and unfair business practice. I am requesting either: Immediate delivery of my order, or A full refund If this is not resolved urgently, I will continue escalating this matter through my bank and legal channels. I paid Avum Hair R2,349.00 on 22 August 2025 (Order ID: AFH-25737). The order was marked “Paid,” but I never received a tracking number or delivery. I followed up multiple times and was repeatedly promised dispatch “soon” or “on Monday,” yet nothing arrived. I sent a final notice and still received no resolution. This is unacceptable service and a breach of trust. I’m requesting either an immediate refund of R2,349.00 or proof of shipment and delivery within a reasonable timeframe. I have proof of payment, the order confirmation, and email threads to support this complaint. Avum Hair, please resolve this urgently.
I got the best customer service because there was a communication throughout, I love the quality of my sneakers and I can’t wait to order again. I recommended this to my family and friends.
