Went to buy a pond pump and there was no one to help me choose the right one, and explain to me what to look for as my old pump was too dirty to see the description. Went to front desk to ask for help and the guy was too busy on his phone to help me, I had to ask for help a few times standing right in front of him, he then looked up and pointed with his finger to the shop, eventually another guy came and I tried to explain my situation to him, neither of them understood English at all and keep on talking in their language (Chinese) they looked at me and keep on saying right, right, I told them I will buy and if the pump is not right I will bring it back, they just said yes yes, so I bought the pump and took in to the front of the store where they test it, it worked but I was worried about the strength of the pump and spoke to the African lady who then said it work and I cannot bring it back doesn't matter of the strength of the pump, it will do wonders if they actually employ staff that can speak and understand English and how their stock work
