TERRIBLE SERVICE and daylight ******* at this place.
I bought 2 office desks from them that came to a total of R7100.00, only to open the boxes at the office the next day and find out that they don't have any manuals in the boxes. My colleague went to the store where he then asked for manuals for the desks and the sales guy said that there aren't any, but he can assemble them at R500 per desk. NOW tell me, how convenient is it, that there are no manuals but a guy running a side business, coining it, off of no manuals in boxes? I then tried to phone the store over a dozen times and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS Went online, where i filled in a "Contact me" link and STILL no one has contacted me. TERRIBLE SERVICE and daylight ******* at this place.

Bestco Princess. (Black man who thinks Empty Boxes is FOOD😅) Idiot! 👎
Bestco at Princess Shopping Mall Roodepoort. Chinese Business Extremely rude Black Foreigners are very rude to staff, run the business like they are owners. Asked for empty boxes , rude man came had alot to say, he went on like a Empty Box is Food? 😅🙄 what a rude idiot. 👎💩 3rd Visit never again🤢

Went to buy a pond pump and there was no one to help me choose the right one, and explain to me what to look for as my old pump was too dirty to see the description. Went to front desk to ask for help and the guy was too busy on his phone to help me, I had to ask for help a few times standing right in front of him, he then looked up and pointed with his finger to the shop, eventually another guy came and I tried to explain my situation to him, neither of them understood English at all and keep on talking in their language (Chinese) they looked at me and keep on saying right, right, I told them I will buy and if the pump is not right I will bring it back, they just said yes yes, so I bought the pump and took in to the front of the store where they test it, it worked but I was worried about the strength of the pump and spoke to the African lady who then said it work and I cannot bring it back doesn't matter of the strength of the pump, it will do wonders if they actually employ staff that can speak and understand English and how their stock work
