Rejected warranty claim from AA

I am so disappointed with AA, On the 17/02/2024, I took a warranty policy with AA. policy number 360406. Then on the 20/02/2026, i took my car for service and the following were discovered as additional work to be done: Drive shafts, fan belt and wipes. I then request dealer to attend service as i need to check with AA if these wear and tear will be covered. I then called AA on Monday 23/02/2026 to check if these additional will be covered in which i was told that AA can only cover drive shafts which i do understand. I then discovered after submitting the quotation that even the drive shafts are not covered as they is no mechanical breakdown. Then I wrote an e-mail to claim, complains department requesting them to explain what is warranty for as I have an understanding that warranty covers wear and tear and the mechanical break down only cover break down. The e-mail was sent on the 25/02/2026 even today there is no response either from claim or complains department. What surprises me on the 29/02/2026 was a debit order while in my e-mail i requested that if they are not going to give me service of what I believe I paid for then they need to cancel the policy and repay all my contribution as I contributed to this policy since the 15/03/2024 until 15/02/2026 . I Just need people to know that they need to check what they are entering into when they buy policies before they make insurance company rich. I also need assistance at least to be refunded my contributions. Thank you in advance Hellopeter

I have an accidental cover with Platinum life as I am not sure what can happen in my life, so I don't work with machines or under life threatening environment but what I like about this company, they give you 50percent of your cover on your retirement if

I have an accidental cover with Platinum life as I am not sure what can happen in my life, so I don't work with machines or under life threatening environment but what I like about this company, they give you 50percent of your cover on your retirement if there is no claim made. So in other case at least you have something Extra on your retirement. Even when you feel like you are struggling with contribution, they allow you to negotiate for not having an increase for at least a year on your premium You benefit from your sweat. Refund for non service delivery

I am very disappointed with Vumatel service, in August 2023, I paid for fiber installation which did not materialised due to misrepresentation of their call center agent. Since I requested refund in October 2023 till today, nothing is happening, no communication from them. The only communication I received was on the 25th April 2024 in which I was querying about my refund and I was told that my ticket is with their accounts department, today is the 21st of June 2024 with no refund or any communication some sorts. How long does it takes for one or business to refund R399.00? I think I am taken for a ride with this people.

They give an opportunity to negotiate your premium and advice further on the outcome of your policy. I feel strong that I can at any time to refer clients to them. They also look after their clients by introducing them to their partners when it comes to health issues and skin products. I have received many gifts from them just by being their client.
