Delay process in accepting my claim as an new policy holder
I have been with them for 2 months lost my car on the 10/4/26.When I joined they said they don't mind if I don't have a tracker but likely I had One. THE claim is is process what is confusing now they are so interested about my car track activation, certificates etc which they shouldn't be worried about all that since they said It doesn't matter service of a tracker It seems like they trying to find any loop holes not to accept the claim etc patiently awaiting for their response.

Car track are useless
This is the worse tracking company I lost my car on the 10/04/26 around 2 I reported the incident they didn't get back to me etc I had to call them after an hour and they said they will get back to me. NONSENSE they didn't bother so that was an hour and half to get my whereabouts of my car when called again. They will call you 10times for their contributions but they don't deliver what they promised. When joining they say they will pay you back 150k not even a formal apology about loss I had never had any feed back from them worse tracker insurance good people don't make a mistake of joining them you will be wasting ur money run away from these ****mers

Transnet Port Terminal with Transnet Group has use the wrong codes on my tax directives putting me in debts of more than 80k owing to SARS when submitting our tax returns. The problem is that the people responsible for this ***** are not responding to our emails or phone calls. The people name involved will be available upon request. Thanks
