CHICKEN NECKS OR?...
What the actual ****?How difficult is it to give people value for their money?I ordered 24 wings on Mr D from Eyethu mall and let me tell you disappointing.The wings are reheated,have no flavour whatsoever,dry and not all wings.Please someone for the life of me explain how chicken necks are part of wings now?New year my ass,cause what do mean we starting the year off with bad service and terrible food.I have photos for those that want to see the chicken necks in action

BUFFALO AND POOR SERVICE
I am very dissatisfied at the service this company provides.My dissatisfaction cannot even be imagined as I have been waiting for my order for what seems like forever.Their communication is so poor and distasteful.When I track my order the tracking update informs me that the delivery failed reason being I was not at the address listed,the next day it just said finalisation reasons which boggles my mind as to how that is possible.They never tried to communicate when they would be delivering my package as we all know companies like RAM and Aramex do.The worst part has to be their poor customer support service that will have you holding for 10 minutes to tell you to WhatsApp their number.WhatsApp is just wasting your time even when you ask to speak to an agent as they don’t actually respond to the matter at hand but rather give you a generic response like saying the package should take no longer than 5-7 working days.Im honestly sick and tired of this company and it’s unprofessionalism.I want this matter sorted out ASAP!!!!
