Over a period of 8 working days, I phoned Vodacoms call center to try and get a copy of my invoice with an IMEI number of my phone as the screen had cracked and it was still under warranty. <br> <br> As I know that doing anything through Vodacom's service center takes weeks, I wanted to get this information so that I could take the phone directly to Samsung who would have fixed the phone on the spot.<br> <br> Numerous calls, reference numbers and emails containing the wrong documents later, not to mention losing my temper due to incompetence, I must admit that I gave up. I never did receive the Proof of Purchase with the IMEI number as far as I know.<br> <br> Instead, I just walked into the Samsung Customer Care Center in Cape Town hoping that i would get some kind of help. No hassles, they were unbelievably helpful, polite an efficient. They took the phone and I had it back the next day! They even found problems that I wasn't aware of and fixed those. They basically gave me back a new phone!<br> <br> Samsung, Thank you for the superb service! You have a customer for life if you keep this up and I will be singing your praises to anyone who will listen.<br> <br> Special thanks to Holly, Chris and Taafiq! Outstanding!!!

We booked our cage diving trip and were super excited to have a Great White experience. Even though there had been extremely limited communication from the supplier leading up to the dive date.<br> <br> The morning of the trip, we were about to leave for gansbaai when I got an email saying the trip had been cancelled. The reasons didn't really make sense but seeing as we were leaving the following day I declined a postponement and requested a refund.<br> <br> Tracy assured me that my deposit would be refunded. <br> <br> 4 working days later and no refund. Also no response to my emails following up on it.<br> <br> Unless I hear something soon, I can only presume that I've been swindled.<br> <br> A warning to all. Don't go near this operator. They were happy to take my money but have been extremely unprofessional regarding communication and customer service.<br> <br>
