Smiles at wimpy
My sister and I usually go Musgrave for months end grocery shopping. We went to wimpy this freedom day we had two big trolley and the staff greeted us all happy and laughing. They took over the trolley and park them for us. It was lovely and we ordered the special everything went well. Service was great staff is happy and welcoming. Thank wimpy in Musgrave.

Great work workshop store
Big S/O and thank you to the pick n pay workshop in Durban. I do not now if they have a new manager or something, but the store turn over in the store is so great and was needed. Tills are filled with staff so no 45min line wait, it clean, the new staff is top of they game. Whoever came over and sorted that store needs a raise. It looks like the other stores. Only problem is no answers the landlines in both Workshop and Musgrave can this be looked into. I would have given 5 star but until the landlines are answered 4 star it will be. Can the staff look alive when they leave the G4 room to the tills, it like they don't know which till and then need to chat before opening they register.

Steers Management training needed
Went to steers workshop in Durban on the 06/05/2024 only to be given respect or care for as everyone was cleaning in the store please note this is 09:40. The store opens at 9:00 and no tills are open, burners are not light nothing that a manager daily duty are to be done before store opens are done. They take my order of 3 special YA VAYA BRG MEALS. These meals take a 35min to make and inget up after 20 min to check and nothing is ready nor are they any apologize for the long wait, cause no care all they doing is cleaning. When I finally get my meals after a long wait , I express my unhappiness about the wait and I am told ja because we cleaning and you are our first customer. No sorry nothing. The take my order only to get white chips no spice, not steers chips. Not crispy just blend. I buy all the time from steer at the Musgrave Mall so I know the wait time even when they busy i don't 20 min for a meal. Some needs to go and re train the manager in that store. I am my self a manager a franchise and this is unacceptable.
