Solar system
Our system has been installed 1 year ago and we are completely dependent on the system for our daily energy needs. I want to thank them for this extremely reliable and satisfactory system. Even with overcast weather the whole day the system will be fully charged. I recommend them for excellent service and high quality equipment.

Poor customer service
On the 01February 2025 we discovered that our monthly fee was not deducted but because it was on a weekend we decided to check on Monday. Still, nothing happened and give it 3 more days. We also discover that two of our claims were not been paid out. We went to the application but couldn't get it open. On Friday 09 February 2025 I phoned them and the consultant couldn't help me and put me through to the senior consultant. He informed me that the auditors working on their accounts but will look into the matter and report back before closing. It didn't happen. On Sunday 09 February 2025 I've send a mail to care@oneplan but on Monday by 14h00 I didn't received any reponse. I phoned them again and the consultant was very helpful but couldn't help me as my information was blocked. She send me a mail that there will be a " turn over time " for 24 hours but no response after25 hours. AT THIS STAGE WE ARE NOT COVERED AND WE ARE AGED. How can any company suspend your insurance without any communication or reason.

Karoo Bush Camp
Since we arrived the hosting is excellent and helpful. The camp site is very well looked after and the facilities are what you expect from a bush camp Some camping sites with their own ablution and all do have a braai area. Electrical and water points on each site. Highly recommended .

Excellent service
I want to thank Andre and Sampie for their excellent service. They went that extra mile to assist me with our caravan although they are not a Caravan service centre. With the poor customer service we got from Caravan Brokers and the broken caravan we bought from them Andre and Sampie give us piece of mind after all the repairs and fixing (and cost effective) to tow our caravan safely and without to worry something will go badly wrong. I highly recommend them .

Oneplan
Please explain to me how can they block my email send to their Complains officer at [email protected]. I've send this due to several telefonic conversations and WhatsUp with their consultants with no satisfaction. They always were 5 star rating in my opinion.
