There's a nurse named Shanelle Naicker who currently works at the Gateway Clinic based in Croftdene. For a nurse who has a taken oath to assist the sick and helpless, her behaviour is absolutely disgusting and inhumane. My aunty, who is physically disabled and is wheelchair bound paid a visit to the clinic for assistance. She was bombarded with questions about why she had arrived late. Transport should not be a question especially if she is physically disabled. Then was faced with outrageous remarks made by this nurse Shannelle. The exact words made by her was "nobody will treat you here". My aunty came back home crying. The treatment of healthcare workers towards the public is indescribable and for a woman to treat another woman like that, sad to say but she's a disgrace to the health care department. Is that what you learn when you complete your nursing school? To treat people in wheelchairs differently? To be rude to people who need your help? It's people like her who give the health care department a bad name.
Yesterday was the second time in this month that my Internet got disconnected for no reason, and requesting assistance from vumatel takes forever. For this month, I had no internet connection for 9 days and I'm a university student who needs to register for my next semester. How do i register if I got no internet connection? And furthermore, they still charge me for a full month yet for 9 days I had no internet connection. Very frustrating people to deal with. I'm sitting with a possibility of losing a semester because of this entire situation. Very poor assistance and maintenance with Vumatel.
Webafrica is the worst service you can ever join. On Monday, my router started flashing red and my Internet connection stopped. I've been messaging and messaging and their fakour response is "a fault has been logged", but they never show any initiative to resolved the issue. Last month I had the exact same problem and now again. They stop the connection but still bill us for the entire month. Seriously, this is not good at all. Very bad service and very poor way of resolving such issues. I wouldn't even refer them to anyone. Very frustrating.
Very disappointed in the services provided. My neighbour had installed a new line and somehow it affected my connection. For the past 3 days I'm explaining to them that there's been an issue and their reasons differ every day. At first they claimed it's an outage and will update me if it's restored. They did no such thing. The second day,, I had to follow up with them and this time they informed me that they will log my complain. I explained to the agent that I'm a student and I need my internet connection because it's required for me to be on my portal constantly downloading learning materials I even explained to the agent that I have an assignment due tomorrow. The only thing she did was tell me that my fault has been logged. An email was sent to me with the priority level being a 1. Which means I'll have to wait 3 days for them to restore my internet connection. It's very disappointing and frustrating at how much importance they give to such calls. They not even considate enough to prioritize the fault even after knowing I'm going to miss my submission of assignment.
