I ordered cheese fries, and upon receiving my meal, I discovered what appeared to be an insect in the food, mind you I already ate quarter of . I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff member who was preparing my order, but I was told that it was “just a seed.” However, it was clearly not a seed, and this response was both dismissive and concerning. I asked a random customer next to me and he confirmed “it looks like an insect of some sort”. In addition to this, the quality of the food itself was already disappointing, as I had been given what seemed like crumbed or leftover chips instead of proper fries. This made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, today has already been a very difficult and emotional day for me due to the recent loss of my grandmother. Having to deal with such an unpleasant and unhygienic experience on top of that was extremely upsetting. I expect better standards of hygiene, food quality, and customer service from your establishment. I would appreciate it if this matter could be taken seriously and addressed accordingly. Please let me know what steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I was served by Anati at Alexandra Honchos.
The new app is honestly frustrating, I hate it. I will definitely pull out from showmax because this new app is a disaster.
