The unconsistecy at eppf is shocking!
The ***** that is happening at eppf needs to be investigated by the likes of the madlanga commission. I have requested my dads death benefit statement and the legal team sent me an email allowing them to give it to me but I have not received it to date and I call that office everyday. We were given results regarding our investigation on 23rd April but there are children still under provision,one only contacted by them last week but we were sent distribution emails on the 23rd yerrr those social workers at eppd need a lifestyle audit,its gotten out of hand

Horrible service by death benefit department
*****ulant activities with my dad's death benefit by eppf death benefit department. We've waited 8 months already after my dad's death now the spouse who is also the executor is not notified of how all the deceased's funds have been distributed.

Live worms in Iwisa maize meal
I am so disappointed in Iwisa maize meal, I found live worms in it this morning while making porridge for my 2 year old and my mom who has just undergone surgery. The maize meal was almost finished which means we have been eating the worms. I've been a loyal customer of Iwisa since I grew up but I'm afraid this is the end of the road for me and my family with it. I'm so disgusted and cant believe we've been eating worms all along

Horrible service
We had strong winds which damaged my roof tiles while I was away for the weekend. We had rain that weekend which resulted in water entering the house and damaging the ceiling. Absa home insurance has rejected my claim now saying I have to fork out the costs myself they are not getting involved. I haven't had a problem with them since now and will definitely be shopping for another insurance, I cant pay for home insurance and also pay people to fix things damaged for storms when my insurance covers it. Its totally unacceptable

Terrible service
I received the worst service from the branch in saveways crescent Emalahleni. I ordered a parcel online and they called me today telling me that the order is being canceled tomorrow so I sent my sister and I asked her to call me when she's there so I can talk to them since I'm not in the province. They didn't assist me, I will never buy from Identity saveways in Emalahleni again
