Had internet issues vodacom promised to get someone to install a signal booster. Now my internet is off again. Previously waited 3 weeks without internet. Now we start again. I wish someone at the ombudsman can help to either get this sorted or cancel the contract.

Worst Business LTE ever. It has been 3 weeks without internet and yesterday a technician came out to fix it. Worked for 3 hours and stopped working. I have lost so much work and money due to this issue. Vodacom does not have people you can phone directly to sort it out.
