Called in with some questions. Service was quick, the person who answered was effective and helpful in assisting
As far as courier services go this was literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. Paid for express delivery. Everyday for 4 days I would get an email in the morning saying my parcel is out and would be delivered today. Then when 4/5pm hits I get another email saying due to unforeseen circumstances it couldn’t be delivered. This was such an inconvenience because I have to keep making a plan to make sure I or someone is home when it does get delivered. After back and forthing with customer service, which may I add everytime having to wait in the call centre line which took ages. I’d get promised it would get delivered and then same thing would happen. Apparently there was a huge backlog, but this never got communicated to me which would’ve helped the situation a lot. Anyway eventually the parcel did get delivered at past 6pm, which is waaayyy past working hours for the driver not to mention how stressed this man was because of the insane amount of parcels he had to deliver and I felt so bad for him. Everyone (including me) is going off at customer service and the drivers which I feel is misdirected, because after seeing the driver it’s clear that this is just purely trash planning and management from those in higher positions and it seems like they’re stretching staff so thin with unrealistic expectations. Fastway couriers needs to actually sort themselves out because it’s appalling.
went there for a date night. It was quite full so we got shoved in the corner by the bar downstairs, which isn’t great if you want to eat. Had to continuously beg for service. Drinks took forever. When we ordered the food also took forever. When it eventually did arrive the steak was burnt beyond recognition and the R350 ribs (no sides) tasted like it had been soaked and basted in sunlight dishwashing liquid, the sushi (also expensive) was average. I was literally so unimpressed. For those prices and the kind of high end vibe they’re advertising I would expect good service & decent food. The only thing they have going for them is the decor & the one, overly priced but at least tasted nice, ****tail.
Found Sleep Zen on instagram and decided to give it a try since I really struggle to fall asleep and I usually need something playing in the background. I bought the Sleep Mask Sound 3D and I’m super glad I did. It arrived quick, like 2 days. I got swift responses from their customer support when I had some questions. Sound quality is great, it’s super comfortable, easy to use and a real bonus this particular one has space for my lashes so they don’t get squished. Took it with me to the hospital when I was on call and fell asleep in like 15minutes which is a first for me. Would definitely recommend!
