Professional, hassle free and value for money repairs
Jacques is very professional, he understands the problem, does not look to add on costs, is upfront about the work to be done, very competitively priced and delivers as promised. He has become my go to person for my laptop and computer needs.

Competent and efficient claims procedure
The claims process was very efficient and quick. All communication is done via sms and email. The claim was processed without any resistance. Insurance companies normally always look for reason to repudiate claims. Not with SOHVA. My phone was picked up in Durban on Wednesay, 24 January 2024 at 17:20. Replacement voucher was sms'ed to me on Saturday, 27 January 2024 at 08:00. First world service.
