Competent and efficient claims procedure
The claims process was very efficient and quick. All communication is done via sms and email. The claim was processed without any resistance. Insurance companies normally always look for reason to repudiate claims. Not with SOHVA. My phone was picked up in Durban on Wednesay, 24 January 2024 at 17:20. Replacement voucher was sms'ed to me on Saturday, 27 January 2024 at 08:00. First world service.1 reply
