If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I have been with Axxess for around 10 years. I have never had a problem till now. After fighting for almost 3 months to get 2 fibre lines, there's now a catch! There are so many "fine prints", if you do not understand them extremely well and are willing to be caught paying double your installments, by all means carry on. Be highly CAUTIOUS!!! They will drain your bank account and tell you to read the fine print.
Be on top of things from day 1. I recently noticed that my son's subscription is being debited from my account twice every month, two days apart and they don't bother assisting you with refunding the extra payments dated back 7 months. I'm furious with myself for not noticing this from the beginning. Don't get subscriptions for Roblox!
My niece has been attending the GED program for two years now. She failed her Math 3 times in a row this year with exactly the same mark each time, I have asked several people for copies of my nieces' last 3 Math tests. I was originally told they will be pulled; it's been a week now. I keep getting responses that have nothing to do with the Math papers being sent to me. It is impossible for her to get the exact same marks three times in a row. She attends a Tutor center, so how is it possible for her marks not to change at all on the tests, even though on the paid practice tests, her marks improved. We have an idea that there is a glitch in the system that keeps throwing out her same old mark while GED pockets the money. And no one will help look into it, she must just keep trying. Now I am told that there is no way to pull the papers. What do they have to hide? Is it not a student and parents right to see exam papers?
One of the two Phillips coffee jugs they delivered to me was broken and they REFUSE TO REPLACE it!!! I think my email address has even been blocked by them because I tried emailing photo's to them, as requested, and my emails are returned saying unable to deliver.
This has been the worst WiFi connection ever, the last month. Even after phoning, resetting, handing issue over to IT support, IT'S WORSE THAN EVER!!! The WiFi signal was fine last year, now it only works if there's only one device connected 😡😡😡 What's even worse, is that my RAIN SIM with my ported number in my phone has NO SIGNAL ANYMORE when I'm at home!!! And after submitting tickets, they don't bother contacting you back in any way 😡
